Nov 2020 - wrassling at the Shoe?

Penn State football plays at tOSU on November 23rd. Could this be a day, night double header or a Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday schedule?

Interesting they wait till psu is looking at a down year to schedule this....

Sounds like a terrible idea in the middle of november
Have a backup plan for rain. If no rain, just have heaters available. Wimpy Soccer players all over Northern Europe play throughout the winter in shorts and long sleeve shirts at most - only the Brazilians will wear gloves. And 7 minutes of wrestling is much more concentrated effort, so they won’t be getting cold while competing

If we can keep the mat dry I'm in

If Iowa and Oklahoma State can do it on November 14 in Iowa, why not? Obviously there will have to be a contingency plan for weather and the sight lines for fans won't be great. But if it gets people talking about wrestling and potentially introduces the sport to more fans, what's the harm?

Agree! Besides, don’t the buckeyes travel to PSU next year?
just looked at the schedule we travel to columbus on 11/23...which seems late for an outdoor event in the northeast

only other tOSU home game is maryland on 11/9....would they do a PSU wrestling match before a maryland football game???

Rutgers and Maryland had a football / wrestling double-header scheduled at Yankee Stadium for November 4, 2017. Games were moved to Rutgers at the last minute due to possible Yankees World Series game conflict.
