Looked like a hamstring cramp attack - I get them and they are disabling painful when they happen, but they go away as quickly as they come.

Sure did look like it on video - even the way he was keeping his leg straight when hoping around (essentially, the only way to stop the muscle from cramping into a mind-numbingly painful ball is to keep it fully stretched out (i.e., fully extended)).

I thought so too. I watched it again and at one point he grabbed his hammy. I was surprised a few were saying no way it was a hamstring.
