In the city for the weekend. Looks like there are a number of viewing bars in the city. Anyone go to Proper West? Good atmosphere? Is this all Penn State? This is the closest one to where I am staying and looks like a great place to view the game with a friendly crowd. Curious to hear from those that have been in the city for a game.
