Yeah I mean it seems as though they are basically trying to be a little reasonable and honor the tickets that have already been sold, but any event that has yet to be sold at 67% capacity will be capped as such.

I understand that, my comment was that @Str8DBLz said he felt PSU would follow suit after the BJC event. I don't think that will work, for PSU Wrestling since 100% of tickets are released already.
