Look at this weasel piece of garbage obama pointing fingers when he could have told Cameron and Sarkosy that the USA would not involve in toppling Kadhafi. Now it's Cameron's fault which it is to a large degree but Obama shares the blame. Instead of showing leadership he went along, spent $1 billion to destabilize Libya.
