Whether by coincidence or design Franklin has hired guys with heavy duty experience. By that I mean guys who had major responsibilities that go beyond your normal assistant coach. Specifically, Moorhead was an OC and a head coach. Limegrover was an o-line coach and an OC and assistant HC. Lewis coached S and was DC.
IMO these guys may see a bigger picture than your normal position coach and may have more of a comfort level with handling the pressure and responsibility that will come with their roles at PSU.
