They did that a couple of times and it seemed like it was planned. Maybe the hope was the defense would think it was a dead play and stop while the WR ran down the sideline. It certainly wasn't an instance where the entire OL missed the snap count. If that was the case the center never would've snapped the ball. The fact he snapped the ball and didn't move tells me it was a designed play. Maybe Bowden thought he'd give it a whirl at a point in the game when it didn't matter if it failed or not
