All joking aside.. If the offensive line talent wise just simply isn't great, then why can't the coaching staff come up with some ways to alleviate those issues via scheming?

I've seen plenty of Boise State, Texas Tech, and Utah teams over the past 10 years that were working with below average up front talent, but could score a hell of a lot of points. I'm not suggesting that we get in the gun and throw 65 times, but I can't be convinced that there aren't ways to help the offensive line significantly via offensive scheme.

Additionally Phil keeps saying that we have the best tight ends in the country and everyone wants to know how we are going to keep 8 receivers happy. Plus we've got 4 or 5 backs that can catch and run and Irvin Charles crying on twitter b/c he's getting the shirt. I say burn the redshirt and start slangin it! There's no denying that we have one of the top QBs in the country so what do we have to lose?
