A loud Beaver Stadium may force a silent count. In order to slow their tempo down, crowd noise will be essential, although they may simply run their up tempo regardless. It may not matter at all if PSU cannot get off blocks or tackle, let alone put any pressure on a quarterback who frankly hasn't seen any all year.
