Ohio to vote on legalizing marijuana this November

While I don't like the oligopoly it would set up for farming marijuana, I'm glad it's made it to the ballot. The oligopoly setup is an unfortunate side effect of a state congress that has ignored the will of the people on medical marijuana.

Legislature has now added a second ballot measure that would specifically prohibit such an oligopoly. So we may end up passing the marijuana law, but banning the farms contained therein.
