The more he talks, the more he sounds like a Pitt guy to me. And I don't mean that in a positive way.
He may have been encouraged to explore other options...
Thats the word...
Regardless of Bleich's current or future status, can we as the PSU fan base make a commitment to stop tweeting/facebooking/whatever the new social mediaing recruits??? It is creepy.
I think a lot of these tweets from "PSU fans" are not from PSU fans.
Your breasts are sagging
Pretty much sums it up for me.
Or you could make a commitment to do what you feel is right and stop trying to be Mom to the PSU fan base...... as who in their right mind would listen to you anyway?

I don't lose any sleep over what 18 year old kids do, especially a year plus in advance of their decision. But it seems strange that a big deal for you is practicing where the Steelers play. An on campus stadium is one of Pitt's greatest needs but the kid seems to think that playing at a rental is a positive. It's not like Antonio Brown or Big Ben are going to be his buddies.
To be fair, a lot has happened since he committed.I'm having a very hard time buying this given the timing of his commitment almost 11 months ago. If PSU was soft on a kid, they're not going to take his verbal so far in advance and have him take a spot in what figured to be a smaller class. His offer sheet last April wasn't exactly stellar for a 4-star.
Bleich is going through the process. Fans just need to get off these kids' cases and let them do what anyone in their position would do if they have a difficult choice and are blessed with options. If he stays with PSU, great. If he doesn't, so be it. He's not trashing PSU or doing any of this behind the coaches backs.
We're in good shape on the OL for the foreseeable future.
No, the fact that some adult Penn State fans are speaking to him via whatever social media is evidence that not every Penn State fan can make this decision on themselves. I have no idea whether you tweet these kids, but there was nothing wrong with the public service reminder.
That gives a lot of insight into the Nardoozi recruiting pitch. "Who needs a flashy weight room? Ours is simple and has everything you need." "Hey kid, look over there!! It's the Steelers!!"Quote from Chris on Pittsburgh Sports Now:
“I loved it at Pitt. I loved how the gym was simple, nothing flashy just what you need. It’s crazy how you can be practicing right next to the Steelers. Pitt is absolutely an option for me, loved what they had to offer.”

Because he plays OT?I wonder why on so many plays he is in a 2 point stance and all others in 3?
Another Red Flag to me is his offer sheet. He apparently is not considered to be a tackle at the next level anymore by our guys. He might just want to play tackle, I suppose.
Could be but why is the other tackle down?Because he plays OT?

Can't we all just get along?
Don't know what you are talking about?! There are at least 200 fans at most games.Pitt is probably using their recruiting advantage to attract Chris. Pitt can take a recruit to Heinz Field any time of the day or night and show him their game day atmosphere. The stadium will be empty and quiet just like it is on game day. We can only demonstrate the Beaver Stadium game day atmosphere for 4 hours on 7 days of the year. That is quite a recruiting advantage for pitt.
