Goin Fri nite to an RV lot with some buds....gonna be smokin' some meat!
leaving the house ~ 7am. I still don't have tickets, need two, but will figure it out. Thinking about parking at the plaza and busing in. Anyone ever do that?
On the tickets, if I say I am a charity can someone give them to me and claim them as a deduction? I almost bought a ticket in the front row but didn't want to look like I was "all that" or something.

So. Have heard that some Pitt fans will. Evwearing red shirts with Joes pic and " Joe knew" captions.
And that Pitt fans have some choreographed event planned during the game in the stands.

Plan to be parked and putting up by tent by no later than 8:30 am
They may be taking their lives into their hands so security needs to be alerted to same.
They should realize they're guests, not hosts, for this game. When I'm at an away game, I'm always a polite guest and not act like I own the place. If I were a Pitt fan I'd be hesitant to wear offensive apparel or chant something which may cause the home crowd to become angry. But I'm smart, so I can't speak for the visiting team's fans this Saturday.

Leaving Clarksville, MD around 5 tomorrow, and will be sitting in traffic at the intersection of I70 and I270 at Frederick, 40 miles away until it thins out at I70 and I81 at Hagerstown. Normally an hour drive to I81....on Fridays, it will take close to two.
Take the last train to Clarksville and I'll meet you at the station...,,

These are Pitt fans. Smart and polite are not in the vocabulary. I hope they do show their true colors because some will say "it's just a few". For those of you who didn't have the pleasure of seeing all of the signs and antics in Pittsburgh last year it should be educational.
You should email or call the athletic department and fill them in. They can deny entry for anything offensive and have more security near the Pitt section.
Leaving Mt Airy, MD at 6:30am on Saturday. Meeting family in Altoona for the drive up.
Saw 5 RV'S between Ebensburg and Altoona on 22 heading east during my drive home tonight. All had some type of PSU gear displayed!
About 11 am since I can't check in hotel until 3. Will be feasting on some BBQ in Lamar Friday night, and feasting on some Panther on Saturday.

Yeah I was. Haven't been there since last season, so if it's for sale I presume they closed? May need to find a good Italian place instead. Anyone recommend a place somewhere east of State College?
