Cole Chewins, a 6'8" 288 pound tackle made a shoestring tackle, but for that effort (which I have to acknowledge was a great play by him), Taylor scores. It appeared all other MSU players were blocked and a clear path to the end zone was there for Taylor. Sadly, after Taylor's return to the MSU 35 yard line, we did nothing with it. Just another example of many plays that were made or not made on Saturday depending on your perspective.
Later on, Taylor and AO drop easy picks - coupled with not recovering any of MSU's multiple fumbles....again plays not made. Add the offense playing very lethargic and we lose. It will be interesting to see how the team responds at IU.
