looks like it was exposed by a hacker that got into Blumenthal's email. He sends emails, including sensitive spy info, to Hill's private server account. She had it set up on 2009, when she was appointed SoS. Ouch. Shows a) that it was in the modern times in regards to settled law on emails and b) was done as part of getting her SoS gig.

In addition, one can argue, that having a private account let to the hacker's ability to stay quiescent and continue his hack of state secrets. The way you catch hackers is monitoring accounts and looking for anomalous activity. Since there was no activity, hacking could not be caught. What is the point? If Hill broke the law, that led to the release of state secrets, she is liable for release of state secrecy due to negligence.

Dems, who is up next for 2016?
