Today's Columbus paper reports an old friend of Meyer from their coaching days at Bowling Green 15 years ago has been named the new OLine Coach at OSU. "Stud" (51 yrs old) also coached at LSU and most recently MD where he was let go last year due to their head coaching change.
Meyer decided to hire an OLine coach in order to free up Warriner to devote full time to his OC responsibilities.
Thought it was interesting that they also made an OLine coaching change to free up their OC, FWIW, Also once JM gets the offense established we might look for him to bring in a buddy to handle the QB coaching job to free HIM up more.
