With a win today and an OSU loss tomorrow we clinch our spot in the B1G tournament.
UM is 3-7, and while they have some half decent offensive players, they are not great from the face off X, only winning about 30% of draws. As long we Arceri takes care of business and the offense continues to convert on possessions (we currently are #1 in the country for shot percentage) this game could get fairly ugly early. We are top ranked in 6 other offensive categories - from GoPSU: “As a team, the Nittany Lions currently rank No. 1 in the nation in seven categories. They are the top team in man-up offense (0.594), points per game (27.50), scoring margin (7.10), scoring offense (17.30), assists per game (10.20), and shot percentage (.434).”
This game I imagine will be similar to Nova where we jump out to a crazy lead and never really look back.
