Another of quick example of the con man that my father had to deal with. We had to sue to equally divide a 40 acre piece of property that was co-owned by my father and the con man. I wrote up the complaint for the Florida lawyer, subject to her modifications and tweaking. She came back and said I don't know how you practice in Ohio, but in Florida we don't just make things up. I then documented all of the allegations in the complaint.
Most people thought I was trying to spear the con man defendant. In reality, I was showing the con man's lawyer that his client was a con man. Otherwise, the suit (which settled quickly) would have gone on for years with the con man deceiving his own lawyer.
Schlichter has been given many, many chances and nothing has worked. He is just bad human being and will always be one.
