There is an older lady on my committee that was upset about her Windows computer and wanted something simpler to maintain. She is getting viruses, long updates, etc. So, I thought a Chromebox might be a better solution for her because all she uses her computer for is shopping, banking, face book and emailing.
As I did some research it appears that printing is the major bitch issue with using a Chromebox. HP has an AP but the reviews are not great. However, I don't know if most of those bad reviews were a result of people trying to do network printing with an older HP printer that may not be technologically suited to optimally work with a Chromebox.
So, my question is this: Do any of you have enough experience with this USB HP AP to say that If she buys a new HP Printer (or any other you may recommend) and connects via hard wired USB, can she print with no major problems? I don't want her to get rid of one problem to get into another one. Thanks guys!
