I hope Smith takes this further. When Roger first stated his support to add the past Council president to the BOT I questioned him as to why, since we had alumni on the BOT and don't people talk! His reply was that the two organizations dealt with different issues etc. ( My thoughts on that response was BS )
The alumni council is getting just like the BOT with a select few running things and the rest going along. The groups that are the biggest and strongest have representation and are making the rules and changes.
What the heck has happened to our university? Common sense no longer is present and the almighty power is what leads - we are doomed.
