Sports related. I know you guys could list hundreds of shows with great theme songs but if we're talking sports theme music....anyone got some favorites? I think this one from the early-mid 2000's will always be at the top of my list.

I'm not an NFL guy, but the classic Monday Night Football theme was pretty impressive when sitting in the stadium for the opening. For those who have never attended, the opening music is piped into the stadium, just as on TV.

To me, nothing compares to "Bugler's Dream", written by Leo Arnaud in 1958, and used as the Olympic Theme by ABC in the 1964 Winter games, and thereafter by both ABC and NBC. Not originally written for that purpose, it is a perfect fit for the dignity and majesty of the Olympics.

I believe it was only used in the 2012 London games and only to start the medal ceremonies. I will add that I was referring to Buglers Dream as being used by the networks, and not officially by the Olympics.

As a Browns fan who attended all the home games that season (6th grade at the time), I will never forget that game, which I saw on TV. Probably one of the coldest in NFL history. Lost a $1 bet to one of my classmates who was a big Vikings fan. The ensuing Superbowl was the first one I watched in entirety, although caught parts of the preceding ones. Have not missed one since.
