Dr. Jack Raykovitz wasn't criticized at all.

Given all the bluster blown about regarding the duty to protect children by every citizen and the laws being passed to increase penalties for the failure to report suspected child abuse, it is beyond the pale for Judge Boccabella to not mention Raykovitz’s lack of concern and inaction when told the founder and face of his charity showered alone with children on multiple occasions.

Bocca's oratory while delivering his sentences sounded more like the insight one would expect to hear from the guy on the corner barstool...... rather than a Judge's bench


Of course, that's the risk one takes (or, in this case, the outcome one guarantees) when they plead "Guilty" or present "No Defense".......

The judge was a hand picked "Senior Judge," who demonstrated an incredible lack of knowledge of the facts surrounding the case.......or like many in this saga, he was handed a script and did his duty.

Having these guys do time in prison is as symbolic as removing Joe's statue. Not saying its symbolic to C/S/S, but it gives the appearance of justice being served. One less loose end for the cabal to worry about.

I have been holding back, but here goes. BoccaBelly .... just made the most absurd judgement and set the most ridiculous precedent in history has been set by one of the most bellicose and judicially incompetent Judges in PA judicial history.

Those with the exact legal requirement to protect and report and didn't do it walk while fringe Administrators with little or no legal requirement to report get time even though they reported to the Second Mile employer with the legal obligation to report to legal investigators. Dr Dranov is another matter. WTF kind of Mad Hatter legal determination was this. What precedent does this set for non child service institution administrators everywhere. If in such a profession, should administrators everywhere just get together and ban Children from the bathrooms and any building on the premises that they administer without parent accompaniment.... how about the turnpike and interstate restrooms.... this is about the most obvious loonie tune take care of my buddies in the OAG and those politically connected to me legal decision I have ever read.... anywhere. The state has not protected children by specific instruction in the law and this decision does nothing to make up for the state, it's legal and legislative failures. Future victims take note: You are nothing but pawns in the game of politics and that is more obvious than ever.

He was aware of the opinion of many PSU alumni, including the alumni-elected BOT, so much for unbiased.
