1) Memphis TN.. couldn't leave that place fast enough, heard gunshots when we stayed the night while driving cross country. For whatever reason, those river cities like St Louis and Memphis are some rough areas.
2) Dayton Ohio, across the river from UD. I know that Centreville and parts of Dayton are perfectly safe and nice, I figured Dayton was small an not at all dangerous, it looked like Memphis North.
What's ironic, I've been to South Central (lived in Long Beach for a short time). South Central has the same houses and feel as Hollywood or Beverly Hills.. but.. there are highway overpasses cutting right through the neighborhoods. South Central doesn't look all that bad.. but it is..it's sunsplashed and Cali. Long Beach is crazy.. from 5th street inward to the bluff/water you are fine.. you go upt to 12th and beyond your in Snoop Dogville.-sg
