The bench is with 175 lbs, it is Wall Street, remember? Overall his fitness level is incredible. under a 1 minute 400 m run? vertical of 38"? row 500 meters in 1:19.3? Those are some great feats.

I think Rubin used to always win the Lift For Life competition. He was an elite swimmer in high school. So not surprising.
