I'm trying to decide between the Jets and Seahawks defense this week. Most of the rankings I've seen have the Jets a bit higher but Seattle is coming off a bye and it's a hugely important game v. the Cardinals this week...so for you fantasy footballers out there, who would you go wih and why?
