Because we are a 501(c)(3) non-profit and take in less than $50,000 a year we are allowed to file an IRS Form 990N, which provides very little information to the public. In the interest of full transparency, this thread will give our supporters some basic numbers about 2017. I warn you, it's boring stuff, but you need to know where your kindness goes.
2017 beginning checking balance - $5,689.11
2017 ending checking balance - $2,220.62
2017 beginning savings balance - $2,209.34
2017 ending savings balance - $341.25
2017 cash donation receipts - $16,381.73
2017 in-kind donations (tickets) - $1,600
2017 in-kind donations (shoes) - $350
Note: No single donor gave $5,000 or more or more than one-third of total gifts. If either of these things were true we would need to file a 990 EZ revealing the name(s).

Wrestling shoes - $9,119.67
Tickets - $4,952
Camp scholarships - $3,150
Postage and shipping (primarily shoes) - $1,812.74
Entertainment (meals with donors) - $250
Marketing - $202.84
Premiums (Gable books, etc.) - $193.03
Travel - $150
In addition to myself, our board members are Dick Simmons, Pat Tocci, Rod Frost and Brian Stutzman.
