5PM: 1 hour highlight show of 86 Masters
9PM: 1 hour documentary "86" premieres

If the documentary was done as well as the two Arnie documentaries, it should be very good. While Jack isn't nearly as likeable as Arnold, the subject matter is outstanding.

To use Jack's reply when Jackie asked for the tee shot on 16 to 'be good'....it is.

It was so much fun to see one, last, unexpected charge from the Golden Bear......

Here's the entire 3 hour CBS telecast. I think many forget how Greg Norman gagged on 18. A par gets him in a playoff, and he hits one of the worst second shots one will ever see.

Yeah - He gagged! He birdied 3 of the last 4 holes including Number 17 from the cabbage patch. I agree that his club selection on 18 was questionable and his caddie should have been more forceful but, come on man, he birdied 3 of 4 and you say he choked! How would you have done?

I said he gagged on 18, and 18 only. You have a chance to get in a Masters playoff with a par on 18 and hit that second shot? Not sure what else to call it. He shot 70 for the round.

Kenny Perry was in a similar position in '09. He birdied 3 of 6 holes heading to 17. With a 2 shot lead only needing +1 on 17 and 18, he bogeyed both. Perry will only be remembered for giving away a green jacket on 17 and 18. At least he still had a second chance in a playoff.

Mt Nittany, Kite shot a 67, went -5 with no bogeys over his last 11. Sure he missed a makable putt on 18, but it wasn't a gimmie.

Illi, what's the name of it?

It's called Greg Norman Estates Limestone Coast Cabinet Merlot.

The website has a store locator; choose which wine then enter your zip it shows where you can buy it. It's often but not always carried by various Costco's.

He also produces a variety of other wines have tried the melbec (ok, not great) but not the chard.

The Cab - Merlot isn't a great wine but it's a very good wine for the price. And fun as a golf related gift, I usually get a case each Nov and spread it out (a couple bottles each) to my head & ast pros, head greens keeper and my locker room attendant. Just a modest but fun expression of thanks for taking care of me.

Illinois knows how to spread it around at Christmas.

One year R. Limbaugh joined the club I used to work at in November. A week later, he gets the standard Employee Christmas Fund letter (where every member gives $50 or $100 and it gets divided evenly between ALL employees of the club). He was very new to golf and just didn't know what amount to send so he asked someone in the lunch room where he was told simply "give what you feel is the proper amount for the service you've received over the course of the year."

Remember he had been a member for a week. After awhile he noticed that all the grounds crew members would take their hats off and salute him whenever he would pass by them on a cart. Finally he asked the Superintendent why they were doing this, and was he doing something wrong - taking too many divots, cart in the wrong place, etc.

The Superintendent told him "Well, they wouldn't do it if you hadn't given $7,500 to the Christmas Fund!"

My brother and I were there in 09. We said to each other that we would leave a little early and try to beat the crowd if Perry made a par on 17. Of course he didn't so we stayed and ending up watching the entire playoff. It is always fun watching Angel Cabrera in person. The guy just lumbers around smoking cigs all day. He acts like it is just a casual round of golf out there.
