OT: Hanover eagle nest

Any idea as to what happened to the camera/nest? Looks as though the camera is pointed down.

Haven't seen anything on it yet. My guess would be one of the eaglets jumping and exercising their wings came down on camera and tilted it down. Got this far and won't see them leave the nest. Bummer.

I'll bet anything that a mountain lion came and ate the little guys for lunch.

Just in case you get withdrawal symptoms, Google the Decorah, Iowa Eagles nest or click on www.decoraheaglecamalerts.com . They had 3 eaglets there and they are just about to flee the nest. That would make the score Iowa 3 - PA 2 which is almost as bad as much as an Iowa/PSU football game I was at some years ago. .
