nothing in Madison WII'd say about five inches thus far as I just shoveled before the Steelers game. 14 miles NE of Pgh.
maybe 1.5 inches in Chester County/Delaware state line. Turned to rain...skipped sleet stage. Shoveled a bit and wiped off lone vehicle not in garage...heavy as shit. we look to be skating by on this one as Temps are rising into the night. A cousin in the Berkshires just called to get our take...typically they follow us in a couple of hours. With colder Temps there they are gonna get it....godspeed all...from the safety of my family room hearth with beer in hand!

The one thing that I noticed is there are no kids going out and shoveling for money anymore like when I was younger. Is that a sign of the times of kids too lazy to work or not needing the money? Kind of sadSE Crawford County PA, 1' on the corner of the deck railing with winds from several directions. Shoveling the drive (I do own a thrower, like the exercise) seemed to be 9" to 1'!
I think that I could summit that!Mt Dora is about 600 ft above sea level.

Is he related to John Muir? The environmentalist?Hey Woody, talk about a summit?
A 75 year old gentleman from my country club named Art Muir last year became the oldest American to ever climb Mt. Everest!
So fudging cool (literally and figuratively)!

Just watched Channel 16 news and they showed a group of kids from Canton in Bradford Cty, shoveling walks to help people out. There's still some good kids out there that aren't afraid to work."The one thing that I noticed is there are no kids going out and shoveling for money anymore like when I was younger. Great point, I loved to do that! I'll givem a pass as, these lots are 2/3 acres on top of a hill with no walks, just driveways. Can't say I notice any down town ever though! Only a few souls over 12 up here too!
