My buddy and I are having this debate/argument over the validity of him being invited to the Heisman presentation. I just don't see it, I think hes a great player, but really didn't produce as much as I would deem Heisman worthy. He got his first career turnover against Ohio State (1 interception, no career forced fumbles, or fumble recoveries), has average number of tackles, very few pass break ups, and his offensive stats are horrid.

I know he can be used as a decoy, and teams try to avoid him on defense, but I still feel if he was Heisman worthy he would still find a way to make big plays and find his way on the stat sheet.

Tackles - 46 solo, 20 assists
Interception - 1, returned 11 yards
Fumbles - 0 forced, 0 recovered
Rushing - 27 carries, 162 yards, 3 tds
Receiving - 2 catches, 3 yards
Punt Return - 21, 310 yards 1 Td
Kick Return - 10, 260, 0TD

My question is about being deserving of making it to the Heisman presentation based on this season, not his future NFL potential or athletic ability.
