Guns - working as intended since forever.

Wasn't heading there, but this was a topic of discussion on this site when it occurred. Stupid reason for any life to go and most of us have been the mad guy in the car before. Hopefully this gets more national play as getting mad in the car is no reason to hurt or kill anyone.
