I honestly do not remember getting it or ever using it. When did they come out with them?

It was in the late 90's, probably around 1998. I remember doing a report on LionCash in some class. That appears to be a later version from the original card design.

Agree, my 1998 card did not quite look like that as it had my pic on it, but it did have the chip
