Lost my cell phone last week, and now I have called it into tracfone, as a lost phone. However, not sure how much information was on there, as messenger could be compromised, as well as all social media, etc., and I cannot get a straight answer from tracfone as to what is going on. They told me it cannot be used now, but instead of getting "phone has been disconnected", when I call I get "cannot receive incoming calls by request of owner", which was on there BEFORE I called it in lost. What to do?
