Of the 9 coaches on Harbaugh's original staff, 5 are no longer at UM. One of the 5 is Durkin, who got the HC position at MD. The others are QB/WR coach Fisch, RB coach Wheatley, DB coach Jackson and ST coach Baxter. Of the 4 who remain, 2 have family ties; 1 is his ,nephew; DL coach Mattison who has been there forever and coached in Balt under his brother; Zordich and OC Drevno.
That strikes me as a lot of turnover in 2 years. Wonder if that occurred when Harbaugh was at Stanford and SF?
