Arizona: We alluded to this last night and are continuing to hear today that Rick Neuheisel is very much in play for the Arizona head job. Stay tuned…

By the way, I was in town the other day, and the Tavern really needs a good paint job. That place is looking pretty beat up. Given how many famous coaches lunch there with regularity, they need to step up their game.
I like the Tavern, especially the collection of memorabilia in there, and the Tavern's owner is a great guy, but in terms of the quality of the food, I'd take the Allen Street Grille over the Tavern.

He grew up in Arizona, but a fan of ASU I think. I would guess that he'd give his left you know what to get another shot at coaching in the Pac 12. He's a good guy and a good coach... about what Arizona deserves and he likely can't get a better job. It sounds like a good fit.

It desperately needs new ownership.

Arizona: Sources tell FootballScoop Rick Neuheisel and Neal Brown are no longer candidates for the position.

I was surprised Rick was a candidate to begin with.

His track record more recently has been somewhat bleh.

He is scheduled to play an acoustic guitar set at Cafe 210 on April 1, 2018.

Should be excellent.
