I just listened to it again and it is glorious. Honestly, it is stuff like that that make me feel 100% confident that celebrating Paterno and his legacy is the right thing to do now and forever. When the most ardent critics of Paterno cannot formulate even the most basic support for their positions, it reflects that all of the hatred is simply based on massive leaps of logic and guesswork.
When the "best" that a hater can say is crap like "he didn't do anything", "the e-mails show that he knew and covered it up" or the ever so awesome "he's the most powerful man in Pennsylvania" lines, you know that the person has nothing and is just throwing shit on the wall to see what sticks.

Ironically, in Brennan's latest hit piece, she actually makes a statement that is absolutely correct, albeit her premise is entirely wrong:

Too bad it was cut off at the end. Brenneman says Joe should have stopped JS from bringing kids into the Lasch building because was the most powerful person in Pa. Apparently she doesn't know that the most powerful person in Pa. didn't want kids in the Lasch building but was overruled by the administration / BOT.
Brennan is a harridan and has blocked WOMEN on Twitter who don't agree with her writing.
So I have to ask Brennan - if it's so easy to sniff out an offender - how's that working for us WOMEN out here? Hmm?

I'm not sure whether telling somebody you worked in PR makes your point stronger in this instance. "Hey, I'm accomplished at making things look better than they are, now here's what I'm trying to convince you of..."
Damn that was a good piece MtNittany. I enjoyed and thanks for sharing. My first thought listening to Brennan's narrative, opinions, judgments and replies are almost identical to WILK radio’s Steve Corbett. Listeners to these radio shows that feature the likes of Corbett & Brennan are anesthetized by the foul information they spew out.

Even when confronted with irrefutable facts, people still refuse to change their mind. It's like a kid refusing to believe Santa isn't real.
I was having a convo on social media the other day and someone pulled out the "Joe was all powerful and was never overridden" card in response to me pointing out the FACT that Joe didn't want JS having kids around the football facilities but someone overruled him. I then gave another example of Joe not getting his way re: the location of the baseball stadium and him getting fired. Of course after I pointed that out there was no response or logical rebuttal.

That was beautiful, absolutely beautiful. Slaten knows his stuff. It's intelligent individuals like him that can think on their own evaluating facts vs. false narrative that I wish everyone would hear and know Brennan for the crap stuff she's written.
