Sorry for interrupting the football talk, but this movie is a must see, from 1937, with Cary Grant and Irene Dunne. Leo McCarey won an Oscar for directing it.

These are my top-five screwball comedies:

1. The Awful Truth
2. His Girl Friday
3. Bringing Up Baby
4. The Lady Eve
5. The Philadelphia Story

Very, very funny and just a wonderful film.

Yeah, you don’t normally put that up there, being that it’s from forty years after the others, but What’s Up Doc? is terrific. Good call.
