It is important to understand that the real reason Tomalis did nothing is that there was no reason for him to have this position in the first place. It was just created position.....created to the detriment of those that actually do the work in that Department. Folks in that department probably thank God everyday that this clown did not try to muck up the works.
The bum should be gone after along with Corbett for stealing and corruption.
How in the EFF has no one in LE/media asked Corbett/Tomalis to answer for this??? And if they have no answers then why aren't they brought up on theft of service charges???

The lack of electronic data to show what Mr. Tomalis did “tells me either literally he went to the office and sat there and did nothing, which I’d be bored out of my mind doing that, or they need to get better at retaining records.”

There is no mention of the finding about Tomalis.
And wasn't it nice of good ole Tommy boy to nail the state with that .28 cents a gallon of gas tax gig. So instead of filling up today at $1.97 I pay $2.28...for what? So instead of seeing 10 PENNDOT workers on a job site and 2 guys are actually doing something, I can see 20 PENNDOT employess and still, only 2 are actually working....he might be the biggest POS the state has ever seen...
I make comments to PennDOT employees on the side of the road on a daily basis in passing. Such as...
"Don't hurt yourself"
"3rd 15 min break this hour, huh?"
"Is that an ass imprint in that tailgate?"
Every day. No joke. All they do is laugh.
