OT: Visiting NYC this weekend - Need Tourist Advice

I would like some advice on things to do, places to go, things to see.

I know all the typical stuff to do - Statue of Liberty, Museums, 9/11 memorial, etc... But I was wondering if there were any other cool things to see or do besides the basic stuff. Maybe some underground type stuff.
