Franklin had some nice things to say about him again today when speaking with the media. He'll have a chance to show some things on Saturday because he's on the blue team and will be playing with most of the first team offense. Hack is also on blue but I don't expect he will play much.

Kid has a winner's pedigree. That is something you can't teach. Excited to see him play over the next few years.

Not

in
this
lifetime.

And BTW, no apologies necessary as this is the Philadelphia Sports board. It just needs to be re-named, accordingly.

Rather him just be the first Trace McSorely and

blaze an even better path than Flutie or Wilson.

Re: Less than 2 percent chance

Time will tell but he took a team that was 4-6 the year before he arrived and took them to four straight state champsionship games and won three. He is one of the most prolific passers in VA state history and was first team all state as a DB and QB. That is not something you see every day. I am happy we still have Hack for at least one more year (hopefully two) but he is intriguing.

Assuming he's really good, how best to use him this season?

Also assuming Hack is playing well, do you give McSorley snaps every game? Just mop up? Does he run the wildcat and/or work under center?

You would? Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

We should have waited for your permission to speculate on the team....

Re: Can't wait to see "Ice" in action...kids a winner...unreal winner.

Not trying to start a fight but in all honesty how can a back up quarterback be the breakout player of the year? There is a very high chance he will not get a meaningful snap all season long.
