We are currently ranked just 21st by Rivals which, at this point, means squat. Our ranking is simply a function of having only received just 10 commits so far. In terms of recruiting rankings, PSU is a sleeping giant that is about to wake up. Only 2 schools have a higher average star rating than us...... Georgia and FSU.
Early on Ryan indicated we'd probably take 18 kids in this class with the possibility of 1 or 2 more. Now, with Asiedu no longer playing ball anymore, I think 20 very doable.
The PSU ranking will soar once we land our expected haul of top recruits. I think we land Cine, Isaac, Wormley, and Dunmore, Whigan, and Moore for starters. Johnson is looking more and more probable. And don't give up on Cain. Finally, look for CJF to land a highly rated surprise much like he did with Ellis Brooks a while back. And I'm not counting on a Harrison miracle! This class ranking should be no worse than 12th or 13th with a ceiling of 9th or 10th.
