:eek:

TM: Trace McSorley? Trademark? Transcendental Meditation? Thom McAn?

GS: Graham Spanier? Gary Schultz? Greg Schiano?

MM: mike mcqueary? Massimo Manca? Massimo Manca II? Matt McGloin? mike & mike?

TCF: The Coolest Fish? Tariq Castro-Fields?

I. CAN'T. TAKE. THIS. :eek:

WE. NEED. STANDARDS. :eek:

I propose:

TM = Trace McSorley
GS = Graham Spanier
MM = mike mcqueary
TCF = Tariq Castro-Fields

:eek:

I share your frustration. I sometimes rant about the unique/alternate spelling of peoples names and the use of non-names. There should only be one way to spell Shawn/Sean, Geoff/Jeff, etc. and Sunshine, River, and other completely made up/mashed up names should not be allowed. I actually found that some countries (Germany) have rules about names. Although nobody is dying because of this, it just would make the world a better place. Do you realize that there is at least one person walking around with the first name of "ESPN"?

Yes, I believe so. When I've heard it, however, it was spelled "Le-a" and the person who told be about it said that she thought it was pronounced 'Leah'. She was quickly corrected with the statement "the dash ain't silent"! LOL It was pronounced 'Le-dash-a'...
