To post photos/images they must already be available on the web. You either use a photo already on the web or you upload the photo to the cloud somewhere (Google drive, FTP site, Dropbox, ...)

How to post pictures on Rivals message boards?
When posting or replying to a message:

1. Find an image from the web.
2. Copy the image's URL.
3. Click the Add Image button in the text editing toolbar.
4. Paste the URL into the "Image URL:" field.
5. Click Insert. - Your image will display in the post you're composing.
6. When you're done composing your message, click Post Reply.

or manually type in the code
