Anyone catch any episodes of this new Original? Watched the first episode and it was pretty good. More of a darker Breaking Bad. Stars Justin Bateman and Laura Linney.

Couldn't get enough of it. I watched six episodes one night and the last four the next night.
My wife and I have watched the entire first series. Pretty good!
Next series on my list. Have really gotten into Longmire, almost to Season 5. Already watched 1st season of GLOW. The Netflix series have been quite entertaining. Just wish Justified was on Netflix as I started getting into that series in the first season when it was on FX, but sort of lost track of watching it at the time, and would like to finish all of the seasons eventually. These shows just really blow away the major network shows for the most part IMO.
I'm a big Longmire fan but thought this past season was its weakest.
Next season is its last.
Jason Bateman is one of my faves, so I will have to watch. Not used to seeing him in dramas, let alone dark drama. (Justine is his sister. Not sure if she is still an actual active actor).

Oh yeah, definitely similarities. I've actually read reviews that compare the two series in pretty good detail.
Halfway through and like it a lot. Bateman is really an under appreciated talent...very good in this role.

Just watched Ozark on a trip to Monterrey MX last week.
I gotta say I really liked it. Some things that stretched belief, but really fun dark show.
I am hoping Season 2 gets approved.
I kept wondering if Ruth was the marijuana smoking teen from The Americans, finally checked and yes, it is the same actress.

BTW, Danny Ozark was a D-Day vet, Purple Heart, and someone told me he was awarded the Silver Star but I don't know how to verify the Star.
Fought in the Battle of the Bulge and did get a Purple Heart. Cant find a reference to the Silver Star. He is in the Polish American Hall of Fame.
