Refs burned me too. Didn’t bother me though. It was in wrestle backs, so I wasn’t even trying. I was thinking about Iceland and grilling. If Downey thinks he got screwed by the refs, he should talk to Micah Jordan -- he had Jason beaten, and then the refs made them shake hands and blew the whistle.
Downey’s mind is like the white shirt Iowa fan thinking spladled Brooks pinned Bo minus the huge letdown when he realized what really happened. Still running around looking for high fives
I'm not a huge Bo Nickal fan but he picked Downey apart once he got rolling. I do feel Downey lost some possible points there early. I will give him that.

The "no resources" part here may be key. He was always going to go MMA eventually. But that's now been accelerated, and he can't market himself as a wrestling champ.
Maybe Bo can schedule PD3 when he decides to kickoff his MMA career. I think it would go about the same as their recent freestyle match, but that's just my opinion.

If Bo could also solicit donations/sponsorships from individuals for specific punch connecting, the sponsors list would be long and Bo would become a rich man.

We might be selling Downey a little short -- after all, he does have a record from fighting, and has spent an all-nighter in the cage.
