That would include WHATEVER BBall improvements he needs, assistant coaches, and whatever else !! ALL THAT with the understanding that he has the green light to build a GREAT coaching career, and PENN STATE wants him to do it AT Penn State !!
Penn State is FINALLY on the right path, and THIS is Penn States opportunity to BUILD a Basketball legacy, AT Penn State, NOW !! At the very least, given all of that, if he turns it down, everyone will KNOW it wasn't ANYTHING that Penn State did... HE just wanted to continue coaching elsewhere... and it's better to KNOW that NOW, rather then later.
If that were to happen... and Coach Shrewsberry CHOOSES to leave... THEN, PSU just needs to go out and hire ANOTHER top coach, or head coaching prospect !! ( I'm not sure about the prospects that Coach Shrewsberry's assistant coaches offer... BUT, that's would be worth a look as well)... BUT, to do anything else would be to undermine the progress that has ALREADY been made at Penn State !! What Penn State does in this regard, over the next weeks, will have implications (one way or another) for YEARS to come !!
