Sounds like major upgrades. Hope the commits from Florida help open the gates by bringing in a few friends next year.

70% of our team should come from PA, VA, WV, MD, NJ, OH, and NC. 5% of the team needs to come from the Northeast USA, still close enough to be "in region". 15% can then come out SC, GA, FL, AL, LA, TX. The last 10% can be a surprise from anywhere else. Out of the 15%, they have to be gamers....no more TJ Jones or Judge Culpeper cause they are from FL.

The new hires make the 70% much, MUCH more attainable. I am very happy JF read this message board and my input on this!
