I think OSU only vacated 2010 wins, although it only seems that people care about vacated wins when they applied to PSU. (Before the NCAA admitted they were wrong and removed all penalties)

Regardless, PSU beat OSU in 2005 and 2008, and everyone knows who REALLY was the champion those years.
