Philly Center City to watch PSU

You can go to The Field House sports bar at 11th & Filbert Streets if you want. The PSU alumni take over that place for PSU games. I went there for the Pitt game and was old enough (53) to be everyone's father. Too many people in that space and one-third barely knew the game was on. It might be a little less crowded for the IN game today.

Fox and Hound at 15th and Spruce is pretty good too. Usually lots of different games on for fans of lots of college teams, but the PSU game will be on plenty of screens no doubt.
