I don't care for Pitt, but there's no reason that they should all die, unless that is the football program that Mr. Phoenix is referencing with his thumb, in which case it's already dead.

everytime i see a pitt related thread on here i want to die. who gives a shit about pitt
Honestly. We are having a great year, winning, players are healthy, improvements everywhere....why have so many threads about pitt? They hate when we don't talk about them and aren't they hurt enough that they aren't winning? Imo, leave them be. Let's talk about the fun we're having instead!!!

If we don't talk about them, then nobody will. We owe that much to them after all of these years.

Interesting observation at the polls early this morning in Pittsbugh, a huge line of people waiting to vote. A few wearing Steelers/Penguins gear. Saw one guy with a Pirate's hat. But I was shocked at how many people I saw with PSU gear on, most looked like well dressed professionals. Literally not one person was wearing any Pitt stuff.

I'm glad that people who have already shown to make such poor life decisions are staying home. Granted, they might start hitting the polls closer to the time that Domino's and Pizza Hut open.

The Pitt fans have probably fallen for the text "Hillary" or "Donald" to 555555 to vote scam. That's why they are not in line.

5. Pittsburgh: Over the first 21 games of the Pat Narduzzi tenure, there has been some restlessness under the surface over a handful of close losses. But the other way to spin it is that Pittsburgh has been in every game and never gets routed — proof of the Narduzzi toughness that he’s imparted on the program. But Saturday’s 51-28 humbling at Miami wasn’t just the first blowout loss of the Narduzzi era, it was further confirmation of how difficult a climb it is always going to be for Pittsburgh to get out of the monotony it has been in since the 1980s.

For all the NFL Hall of Famers and grainy highlights the program has produced, Pittsburgh has only exceeded eight wins three times since 1982. And in a year where Miami is down, Virginia Tech has a first-year coach and North Carolina is good but beatable, it’s pretty dispiriting for Pittsburgh to go 0-3 against the teams it needs to beat in the ACC Coastal.

Pittsburgh will almost certainly make its ninth consecutive bowl, but the destinations of those games over the last decade have been less than inspiring: Annapolis, Fort Worth, Detroit, Birmingham, Charlotte and El Paso. At this point, doesn’t every fan who has stuck with Pitt this long at least deserve a December trip to Florida?

I called it a last season, that Pitt was lucky to win quite a few games last year. Their first year HC surprised some people. This year his he can't sneak up on anyone, and close wins have turned into close losses. Close losses have turned into blowouts. Soon he will be gone.

I think the emperor is declining to give Nardouchie a vote of confidence.
