IMO he’s done a great job there. He seems to do a lot for his players and gets a lot out of them too. I didn’t like all the rah rah stuff at first but having seen some interviews and coaching clinics with him, he’s a lot more tolerable.

Don’t disagree but we didn’t play well that game right from the start and probably were outcoached. They rowed better that day…
